2023 Design + Delights Event With Arcade

We're still reeling after this event that brought together enthusiasts of interior design for an unforgettable night of creativity, fun, and insightful conversations. The event took place at Arcade on Lakeshore Road in Oakville. We had the opportunity to showcase this talented local business as well as give our appreciation to the people who are the pillar to our success - our friends, family and clients.

With flowing wine and scrumptious bites from Ce Soir next door, the evening started with an upbeat energy in the air as we moved into the 'Ask A Designer" session.

Emily, the Owner and Principal Designer at Arcade offered tips and tricks for incorporating timeless elements into our homes while maintaining a stylish and modern aesthetic.

Emily shared insights on:

  • Color Palette: Exploring dynamic color schemes and how to integrate them into various living spaces.

  • Lighting Solutions: The importance of lighting in setting the right ambiance, with suggestions for incorporating other playful elements and proper placement.

  • Small Space Design: Ideas for creating modern spaces within the home with focus on functionality and how the spaces integrate.

  • Staging: an in-depth discussion on the importance of staging in to today Real Estate market.

Attendees actively participated in a Q&A session, seeking personalized advice for their homes. Both Emily and Tricia provided thoughtful answers, inspiring everyone to think outside the box when it comes to home design. It was a perfect blend of design inspiration and entertainment. Attendees left with practical ideas to implement in their own homes. The event served as a testament to the endless possibilities when creativity meets interior design and how value can be added when selling or updating your home.

As always, a big Thank You to all who attended! Special Thanks to Emily, Tricia and Diana over at Arcade who opened their beautiful doors and talents to us. We couldn't have asked for a better setting.
